My laptop is curenntly running on Windows 7 Enterprise, Swedish edition . I
want to use Speech Recognition for developing a software based on SAPI 5.4
and Microsoft Visual Studio . The code itself does not generate any error, it
compiles and so. However when it tries to initialize the interpreter it gives
an error; "No interpreter has been installed ". I am guessing that it does
not support Swedish, so is there any work-around? I want my interpreter to
work with English...

You need to install the English Language Pack to get the English recognizer
installed. You won't be able to use the shared recognizer unless the UI is
set to English, as the shared recognizer starts WSR, which won't run when the
UI language doesn't match the recognizer language.

Does this help?
