Where is the download for the 5.4 SDK ?

Really is it that hard to find ?

You probably found out by now, but I believe it ships with Windows SDK in Windows 7. I am just figuring this stuff out, so I may be wrong. SAPI 5.1 is the last redistributable.

I too have been unable to find a source for the sample files referenced throughout the web documentation.

I tried installing the Windows SDK, but did not see anything speech related.
